THE VOICES OF RESILIENCE Spring art show 21025 united more than 50 artists working in different media and genres. One of the most exciting experience was the painting collaboration hosted by Marina Inoue, a graduate from Soka University of America, majoring in Liberal Arts with focus in Humanities and Social Behavioral Science. The idea of the project was to let people of different cultural backgrounds to sit together and make art together in order to experience how common creation may unite and eliminate hostiles.
Your support gives stage and voice to artists whose stories create connection, healing, and hope.
It also sends a message — that individuality is sacred, that beauty matters, and that we are all here to inspire one another.
Let’s speak creation, together.
LarkGallery's project "Voices of Resilience" seeks to bring together diverse works that embody the human spirit's ability to persevere in the face of adversity. We encourage participation from all disciplines and backgrounds - painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, and performance art.
This festival amplifies the voices of artists, art activists and peacemakers — those whose creative expressions spark thinking around resilience, strength and healing by art. "Voices of Resilience" expositions will be exploring how art creates empathy and understanding across cultures and lived experiences.
For the late Fall/Winter episode, artists are invited to participate by uplying via LarkGallery web site with a fee of $35 for up to 3 images, $10 for each additional image with 20 images MAX.
During the festival visual artists hosts their special art workshops, musicians and poets are invited to perform for the public.
